Today is my last day as a full-time employee at my job, where I was a creative director for a lighting fixture manufacturing company. I'm going freelance so my daily schedule will be more flexible to work on my character designs and story art.
I'm going to work as an artist in the comic, film and video game industries.

CTN was great. I got to catch up with José Lopez a bit. Haven't seen him in a couple of years, but he was cool as ever. He did a Starscream sketch for my oldest son, which he loved.
I made a book that I took to CTN and handed out (gave one to José). You can view it from my blog, [link]. Got some good feedback. Going to keep working to improve. Seeing the work at CTN and what you're posting, along with all the other great artist on DA really helps.
